New tenant at Altmarkt: 60 seconds to napoli opens first branch in Dresden

POLIS has leased around 1,040 square metres of catering space at the centrally located Altmarkt 10 in Dresden to 60 seconds to napoli Gastronomie GmbH. The new location opened on 4^th of April 2025. The fast-growing pizza chain with a focus on authentic Neapolitan pizza will move into the architecturally striking office and commercial building – also known as the ‘Legohaus’. The building is characterised by its sandstone and glass façade as well as the characteristic tiled roof. The rental space is spread over three levels and offers modern conditions for a contemporary catering concept.

The Altmarkt is one of the most frequented locations in Dresden and connects Prager Straße with the historic city centre. The location is characterised by its urbanity, high visibility and excellent infrastructural connections.
