POLIS leases around 300 square metres of office space to Hapag-Lloyd AG

At the end of 2023 POLIS concluded a lease agreement for around 300 square metres of office space with Hapag-Lloyd AG. Now the container liner shipping company has moved into the premises at Hospitalstrasse 12. The new office of the company’s Stuttgart branch is centrally located and has excellent connections to local and long-distance public transport. The corner building, constructed in 1970, is part of the Büchsenquartier which consists of five buildings and comprises a total of around 14,500 square metres of rentable space.

In addition to the Büchsenquartier the nearby office and commercial building in Tübinger Strasse is also part of POLIS’ Stuttgart portfolio. With the latest letting success the office space at the location is almost fully let.
