POLIS once again honoured as one of the best employers in Berlin-Brandenburg

POLIS has been recognized for the second time in this year’s “Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg” competition, organized by the research and consulting institute Great Place to Work Germany. The award for creating outstanding working conditions follows POLIS’ re-certification as a Great Place to Work in October 2023 which only around 30% of the 900 participating companies received.

We see the recruitment, training and development of employees as a decisive factor for the sustainably successful growth of our company.
