Description
The impressive office and commercial building was built in 2000 and offers 11,437 sqm of rentable space on seven floors. The design of the ground floor picks up on the surrounding motif of arcades. The facade consists mainly of sandstone and glass elements. Due to the obtrusive form of the tile roof, the postmodern object is also known as "Legohaus".

The Altmarkt is the central square of the city. Located between the pedestrian area Prager Strasse and the Dresdner Schloss, this is a heavily frequented zone with excellent infrastructural connections.
